If your box is undamaged and unopened, prefer to see it in action? Watch our handy walkthrough š„ or follow the steps below.
Locate the shipping confirmation sent through [email protected].
Click 'Track Your Order' in the email.
Scroll down a bit and select 'Create Return.'
Choose between the resolution options: 'Refund to Original Payment Method' or 'Exchange Product(s).'
Select the item(s) you would like to return.
Click 'Download Label,' or enter your email address if you'd like the label emailed to you.
Drop your box off at the nearest Post Office.
Please note that if youāre expecting a refund, this will be processed once the item is delivered and inspected at our warehouse.
