Pre-Paid Plans offer the biggest savings to our most loyal nappy wranglers.

How it works:

1. You will be charged the value of your Pre-Paid Plan on your next recurring order date.

2. Your nappy or pants deliveries will continue on a 28-day cycles, unless you request a different shipping schedule via our Nappy Concierge Team (more info below).

3. Your Pre-Paid Plan will renew automatically after all charges set out in the plan have occurred, unless the subscription is cancelled or otherwise updated.

How to update your subscription:

1. Simply login to you customer portal by following this link.

2. If you encounter any issues, our Nappy Concierge Team can assist through our Exclusive Subscriber WhatsApp access here.

You will also receive an email in advance of your first charge, so you have all the information shared here to hand.
